expertise is required in installing this TV, especially
to determine the strength of the wall for
withstanding the TV’s weight.

wall-mount installations.
• For safety reasons, it is strongly recommended that
you use Sony accessories, including:
— Wall-Mount Bracket SU-WL850

• Be sure to use the screws supplied with the
TV when attaching the Wall-Mount Bracket to
the TV set (SU-WL850 only). Be sure to use the
screws supplied with the Wall-Mount Bracket
when attaching the Wall-Mount Bracket to the
TV set (except SU-WL850). The supplied screws
are designed as indicated by illustration when
measured from the attaching surface of the Wall-
Mount Bracket.
The diameter and length of the screws differ
depending on the Wall-Mount Bracket model.
Use of screws other than those supplied may
result in internal damage to the TV set or cause it
to fall, etc.
• Be sure to store the unused screws and Table-Top
Stand in a safe place until you are ready to attach
the Table-Top Stand. Keep the screws away from
children.

Using the optional Wall-Mount Bracket (except

Your TV can be mounted to a wall using a suitable
Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied). Prepare the TV
for the Wall-Mount Bracket before making cable
connections.
For product protection and safety reasons,

of your TV on the wall be performed by
qualified professionals. Do not attempt to
install it yourself.
• Follow the instruction guide provided with the
Wall-Mount Bracket for your model. Sufficient
expertise is required in installing this TV, especially
to determine the strength of the wall for
withstanding the TV’s weight.
• The screws for installing the Wall-Mount Bracket to
the TV are not supplied.
• Be sure to store the unused screws and Table-Top
Stand in a safe place until you are ready to attach
the Table-Top Stand. Keep the screws away from

Detaching the Table-Top Stand from the TV

To detach the Table-Top Stand from the TV, remove
the screws

• Be careful when lifting the TV as the Table-Top
Stand is detached, the Table-Top Stand may topple
over and cause personal injury.
• Take care when removing the Table-Top Stand from
the TV to prevent it from falling over and damaging
the surface that the TV is sitting on.
• Do not remove the Table-Top Stand for any reason
other than to install corresponding accessories
on the TV.
• Be sure the TV is vertical before turning on. To
avoid uneven picture uniformity do not power on
the TV with the LCD panel facing down.
• When attaching the Table-Top Stand again, be sure
to fasten the screws (previously removed) to the
original holes on the rear of the TV.
Troubleshooting
General troubleshooting for issues like: black screen,
no sound, frozen picture, TV does not respond, or
network is lost, do the following steps.
1 Restart your TV by pressing the power button on
the remote control for about five seconds. The TV
will restart. If the TV does not recover, try
unplugging the AC power cord (mains lead) then
press the power button on the TV and release it.
Wait for two minutes, and plug in the AC power
cord (mains lead).
Or, press the power button on the TV for about
40seconds until the TV turns off.
2 Refer to the Help menu shown below.
3 Connect your TV to the Internet and perform a
software update. Sony recommends you to keep
your TV software updated. Software updates
provide new features and performance
improvements.
4 Visit Sony support website (information provided
at the end of the supplied safety documentation).
When you plug in the TV, the TV may not be
able to turn on for a while even if you press
the power button on the remote control or the
TV.
It takes time to initialize the system. Wait for about
one minute, then operate it again.
The remote control does not function.
• Replace the batteries.
The parental lock password has been
forgotten.
• Enter 9999 for the PIN and enter the new PIN.
For more information, refer to the
Help Guide.

Tháo Bệ để bàn ra khỏi TV

Để tháo Bệ để bàn ra khỏi TV, hãy tháo các vít .
Lưu ý
• Cẩn thận khi nâng TV vì trong quá trình tháo, Bệ để
bàn có thể bị lật và gây thương tích.
• Cẩn thận khi tháo Bệ để bàn khỏi TV để không bị

Xử lý sự cố
Thực hiện các bước sau để xử lý sự cố cơ bản đối
với các trục trặc như: màn hình trắng, mất âm thanh,
hình ảnh bị treo, TV không phản ứng hoặc mạng bị
mất.
1 Khởi động lại TV bằng cách ấn nút nguồn trên
điều khiển từ xa trong khoảng năm giây. TV sẽ
khởi động lại. Nếu TV không khởi động lại, hãy
thử rút dây nguồn AC sau đó nhấn nút nguồn trên
TV và nhả nó ra. Đợi hai phút và cắm dây nguồn
AC.
Hoặc, nhấn nút nguồn trên TV trong khoảng
40 giây cho đến khi TV tắt.

Dépannage
Pour les dépannages généraux tels que : écran
noir, absence de son, image figée, téléviseur ne
réagissant plus pas de réaction du téléviseur ou
perte de réseau, suivez les étapes ci-après.
1 Redémarrez votre téléviseur en appuyant sur la
touche de mise en marche de la télécommande
pendant environ cinq secondes. Le téléviseur
redémarre. Si le téléviseur n’est pas remis en
état, essayez de débrancher le cordon
d’alimentation secteur, puis appuyez sur le
touche de mise en marche du téléviseur et
relâchez-la. Attendez deux minutes et branchez
le cordon d’alimentation secteur.
Ou appuyez sur la touche de mise en marche
sur le téléviseur pendant environ 40secondes
jusqu’à ce que le téléviseur se mette hors
tension.
2 Reportez-vous au menu Aide illustré ci-dessous.
3 Raccordez votre téléviseur à Internet et
effectuez une mise à jour du logiciel. Sony vous
recommande de mettre à jour le logiciel de
