Lay the standard
Artificial lawn foundations can be divided into three kinds
of materials: cement concrete foundation, asphalt founda-
tion, and Panax notoginseng ash soil foundation.
Cement-based concrete foundations
1. Flatness: the qualified rate of flatness is above 95%,
and the error of 5 meters ruler is 3mm.
2. Slope: 3 ‰ -4 ‰ of the central site, turtle-back
drainage design.8 ‰ of the curve, 5 ‰ of the straight
road, and 5 ‰ of the semicircle area, the surface should
be flat and smooth to ensure drainage.
3. Strength and stability: the surface is uniform and solid,
with no cracks or rotten edges. The joints are straight and
smooth. About 6000 x 6000mm cut block is good. Pad
compaction, the compactness is more than 95% after the
medium roller press, with no significant wheel track,
floating soil loose, wave, and other phenomena.
4. Water barrier layer: use the new PVC thickened water
barrier film. The lap place should be 200mm daily, and the
margin should be more than 150mm.
5. Maintenance period: the basic maintenance period is
21 days.
6. Positioning: For the need for accurate construction
and line drawing, use firm and distinct markers to mark the
lines of the site.
Asphalt foundation
1. Flatness: the foundation should have specific strength
and stability. The foundation can not produce cracks and
uneven frost heaving caused by freezing, the qualified
flatness rate is above 95%, and the error of 3 meters ruler
is 3mm.
2. Slope: transverse <1%, longitudinal <1 ‰, high jump
area <4 ‰. The surface should be flat and smooth to
ensure drainage.
3. Strength and stability: The asphalt foundation is best
made of asphalt material with no or little wax, and the
mixture must be thoroughly compacted. The surface is
even and solid, flat without cracks, with no rotten edge pile
squeeze, no hemp surface, and smooth seam. The
diameter of asphalt concrete surface gravel is 2-5mm, and
the oil content is 5.8-6.4%; the joint layer gravel particle is
6-9mm, containing 4.6-5.8%, no soft skin, no floating soil,
wave, and other phenomena.
4. Drainage: The drainage system must discharge the
water for two hours after heavy rain.
5. Maintenance period: the essential maintenance period
is 28 days.
